Writing up a storm
It’s been a busy week but I’m heading down the home straight with my continuity novel. It’s been a real challenge but lots of fun too. I managed to write 10,000 words during a hectic week of appointments and weird weather. We had a huge thunder storm yesterday with buckets of rain. We don’t get storms in Tasmania very often as we usually have quite low humidity so it was nice to watch from my office window. It was a welcome relief from bush fires and water restrictions I can tell you!
Polly is growing so quickly. She is chewing a shoe as I type this. She is growling at it and shaking it to bits. Pippi just looks on indulgently, she occasionally looks as if she is rolling her eyes at this wild child’s behaviour!
Hope everyone is well and happy.
